The best place would be a scrap/recycling yard, the only problem then is having the car programmed to the new keys, you may have to go to a dealer for this.Changing all locks on car question?
last time I had a car reprogrammed for key fob and key chip it was $190. That was at a ford dealership about 4 years ago. This is probably a cheaper option than replacing all the door locks and ignition lock cylinder because the ignition lock would still need to be programmed. (If the door keys were stolen, they can still get in your car).Changing all locks on car question?
This will cost a lot unless you make a deal with a scrap yard.

Your cheapest option would be to have an immobiliser fitted for around 拢100. To change the locks and central locking with coded key would require around 5 hours labour in a garage so say 拢200. then you have to supply the new key and barrels and central locking module. Also your transponder key will be coded to your engine ecu so you will need one of those and finding one for your exact engine might be a pain not to mention expensive.

You could have remote central locking via an alarm immobiliser fitted and your key barrels changed. est 拢280+vat for ukChanging all locks on car question?
I would guess you're looking at around 拢400 for the lot. The single most expensive part will be the replacement fob, and that will have to be paired with the immobilizer.
