My auto car start stopped working. Then the car started locking and unlocking itself at will. So I changed the battery in the thingy. Now the locking problem is solved, but when I push the auto car start--the lights just flash. Is there something I need to do to reset? I'm not smart enough to understand the instructions that came with the carstart.Auto car start troubleshooting help?
On mine, if i lock/unlock with the key, and then apply the brake before starting, it resets it.

I dint know where to start. I would have to assume you did not install it? Take it back to who installed it.
